When will my order be shipped?

Each order is a custom embroidered item, and is not made until the time of purchase.  Production times are 4-5 weeks prior to shipping during the holiday season.  If you order 3 items or more it is considered a large order and your wait time will be slightly longer due to the customized items you are requesting. 

How will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped USPS, so please make sure you allow enough time to receive your order especially if you are ordering for a birthday or shower.

 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Personalized items are non-refundable, so please make sure you check the names or text on your order before submitting.  If there was a mistake made I will do my best to make it right so your are 100% happy with the item that you purchased.

 

***  Please make sure you are ordering within the right time frame.  Refunds will NOT be given if you do not receive your item in time for the event.
